Might be a silly question but why do you restrict your GAs to the US only? Is it patriotism or are you afraid your keys are not going to work elsewhere? Because most keys that work in the US are ROW so they should work in a lot of other places.

'Cuz if they don't work I'll acquire a key and make sure the recipient gets a playable game. Too many times I've had to shell out cash to replace keys that didn't work in different areas and when I purchase them they aren't clearly marked as to which country they work in. Therefore every giveaway gets restricted to USA since that's where they were purchased.
