thank you for taking the time to look, honestly. i just wanted it to be a bit more vibrant in a general aspect. the green in my eye stands out nicely. and it's not the usual stone color choice. one thought is, it might make people stop and look at it for a minute longer. i thought about it a bit; instead of doing a red or white or gray (stone color) lighthouse. it's unusual, that might be my biggest selling point for myself. :P
Just personal opinion, but I liked it when the green was brighter. The contrast between the two shades was kind of pleasing to look at, but then again, I guess when it comes to (potentially) eldritch horrors creeping up from the sea, darker makes more sense thematically. Plus I'm probably biased towards bright colors if my profile avatar doesn't make that obvious. lol
And yeah, no problem. You asked, it was the least I could do.
for sure, that's totally valid. and I agree the theme does call for darker vibes... maybe if it was a light house clearing the way of the fog and clouds for a boat... it could have a brighter/glowing aspect to it....maybe il draw another one. :P
