I've contacted supplier and now waiting for response.
Supplier responded: "We had some issues with this game and removed it. The transaction has been cancelled and (...) refunded"
So, I guess the revoked keys were marked as void and Steam reacted to activation attempts with the only error message it knows for such action.
I'll continue to seek the solution.
The help came from the "Age of Fear: The Undead King" development team. They've contacted me and suggested the help with the keys.
So, this giveaway transforms from mine to official developer's. =) Really nice guys, so if you leave game review it would be awesome.

The process of keys replacement started. All old keys were marked as "not sent", new keys are sent immediately after replacement, so if you see the key - it was replaced.
