dont really know what to do or how this works

How it works is you buy a completely a brand new unactivated copy of this game with money, then when this GA ends in 55 minutes, you send this brand new unactivated game to whoever is shown as the winner. You of course can not send your old game from your library to anyone ever.
If you do not send a brand newly purchased unactivated game to the person shown as the winner, you may possibly get suspended from the site for a time for making a fake giveaway. You may also delete this giveaway at any time before it ends, but not after it has ended.
