Please note: the key is region locked and WILL NOT work in the following countries:
RU / CIS - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine
LATAM (?) - AR, BO, BR, BS, BZ, CL, CO, CR, EC, GF, GT, GY, HN, NI, PA, PE, PY, SR, SV, UY, VE
I've set the giveaway to be region locked for those countries, but feel free to double check.

Furi4r4pp3r buddy, you could've made this a region-restricted giveaway. That way people from RU/CIS won't be able to enter

You have to delete this and make a new GA using the proper Region restrictions. If someone wins you owe them a working Key regardless of your text in the GA.
