Yes apparently that's just how the humble bundle key is set up, not sure if in error or not but it activates the two dingdong2 mentioned in the giveaway comments.. Speaking to DrTenma at the moment about it and sending humble bundle a support ticket to ask why the Crazy Machines 1.5 key unlocks two store items separate from the one listed. It appears to happen to everyone and the base game has no reviews as a result. DrTenma asked me to create a support ticket here as well and for a mod to decide what steps to next take.
If it were me, I would be in contact with HB in an attempt to sort things (which is what you are doing). We shall see what can be worked out.
In the meantime, your winner should not mark anything for the feedback. If we end up having to delete the giveaway, so be it, but first let's see what Humble can do to solve the problem.

So according to Fanatical that is the correct game but it got bundled together on the Steam store despite not really making that clear anywhere that it's two SEPARATE crazy machines 1.5 games. Just a weird error altogether, but they assured me that they key I sent was the key they should have been expecting.
The question now is whether or not ownership of the game is recognized. If there is a problem with ownership not registering, I will have to take additional steps to ensure DrTenma isn't flagged for non-redemption.
I'm thinking you might have to sadly as the product is generally broken, confused. If you go to the link the Fanatical Representative sent me you can see that it was reported in 2013 and no efforts seem to have been made by the dev or steam itself to fix the error. DrTenma can't own what technically doesn't exist other than the misleading steam store page.

Thanks for the game, but yeah something is strange with the game. When i activated the key it says "crazy machines 1.5" but then it asked me to install "new from the lab" and "inventors training camp" and its the only ones which appear in my library. Screenshot1

Its kind of a bundle for "Crazy Machines 1.5 Inventors Training Camp" and "Crazy Machines 1.5 New from the Lab", which are like standalone expansions for crazy machines 1. (Thats why they probably called it 1.5).

(Thats why they probably called it 1.5).
In the steam discussions of CM 1.5 http://steamcommunity.com/app/18430/discussions/ people write about problems with it not appearing in library as well. One person bought Fanatical bundle cause he thought he was missing CM 1.5, but he owned it already: http://steamcommunity.com/app/18430/discussions/0/1692662484252769461/ . So i think if i would use another key or buy it, steam should recognize that i own it already. (Not gonna spend money to try it out)
