i think i got a copy in my steam inventory when i activated a key from indie royale sigma bundle. looks like it's not even playable because it requires servers and they all shut down, so i guess it's only good for a library +1. i haven't tried it. will add winner on steam and send gift through trade, assuming you can still do that.
