Gomenasai, my name is Ken-Sama.
Iām a 27 year old American Otaku (Anime fan for you gaijins). I draw Anime and Manga on my tablet, and spend my days perfecting my art and playing superior Japanese games. (Disgaea, Final Fantasy, Persona series)
I train with my Katana every day, this superior weapon can cut clean through steel because it is folded over a thousand times, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my sword license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.
I speak Japanese fluently, both Kanji and the Osaka dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about Japanese history and their bushido code, which I follow 100%
When I get my Japanese visa, I am moving to Tokyo to attend a prestigious High School to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become an animator for Studio Ghibli or a game designer!
I own several kimonos, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Japan, so I can fit in easier. I bow to my elders and seniors and speak Japanese as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.

As the giveaway creator has selected the DLC as the giveaway, no one can enter without owning the base game. So I'm going to assume this is fine...

Whenever you create a giveaway, you type the game's name and there's a drop down with the possible game listings. I picked the 2015 because I thought it would be less confusing that way.
Truthfully, I don't care if you have the base game already or not, I just want to get rid of these keys because I know I don't want these games.
If a SteamGifts mod/admin says there's a rule against it, or that I should update the game listing, then I'm happy to comply. Until then, good luck :)

I'm not a staff member, but my understanding is that it does not matter what the giveaway is, as long as what you give includes what you gave away. So, I believe you are perfectly fine. Just be aware that as you selected the DLC, everyone entering must own the base game to do so as the SteamGifts website checks this before allowing entry.

That's a good point, I didn't think of that. Unfortunately I can't find a way to change the game listing, without deleting the current giveaway and recreating it, from what I can tell.
I'm not sure what to do in this situation; do you know what is usually done on SteamGifts when these kinds of situations occur? You seem pretty knowledgeable, Haha... ^^;

As Tristar mentioned, you can submit a ticket to change it, although I do not know the specifics of when they approve such a change after a giveaway has started but before it has ended. I know they don't approve all changes (e.g. they've stated they don't change it from one game to a completely different one), but I feel that this change would more likely to be approved if you felt it necessary.
However, if you're perfectly cool with it how it is, you don't need to do anything.

Oh there's no rule against it (as far as I know at least), I guess people like me and Ilan asked mostly because soemtimes on complete editions and alike, some people may join even having the base game, just to get the DLCs, so they usualy ask it it's okay to enter for the DLCs.
That said Ozpicious got a good point, with the giveaway listed as DLC no way to people that don't have the base game join anyway, so probably was no issue anyway haha ^^
