I'd want to see Neverwinter Nights remade; it's one of a small handful of games that I can replay and enjoy. I might want to see Neverwinter Nights 2 remade as well, though I didn't enjoy it as much, except for the MotB expansion.
Was talking about the same thing with a collegue not too long ago, we both agreed that "Toonstruck" was an amazing game and should get a remake.. don't really believe it'll happen though because they'd probably need to at least film Christopher Lloyds role completely anew to improve the graphics
