As the page says, the tool has problems indentifying some DLC's and stuff like that, since it can't retrieve accurate data from steam. Steam itself does not show these DLC's in the library, so sgtools can't verify if you have activated them.

I just checked your library with that tool and it looks, at least right now, as if everything is where it should be.
You seem to have activated everything!
