Hey seruy1502 -- you can't just put regional information in the comments. If the key is really region-locked, then you need to create this as a region-only GA. If someone wins that's not in the region these keys are for, you'll have to either provide them with a working key for their region, ask them to agree to delete the GA (which will take some time since it's a multi-winner GA), or accept a "not received" response to their GA.

Please create region-specific GAs correctly in the future. Thanks.
