The 100p is for the complete bundle;
The classic First Encounter can't be bought from Steam Store outside of either the complete bundle, or the Revolutions bundle (http://store.steampowered.com/app/227780/)

It's a weird quirk, since apparently the classic First Encounter apparently still has non-bundled keys floating around; but since the page has been removed, it defaults to the complete bundle page.

The HD versions, however, do have their own pages:
