woohoo. Oh wait. that never went right. good for me but we have a problem. I won this one "Hollow Knight" but the key gave me your other GA "NieR:Automata". How do you want to handle this. Mods can change this or delete or however you want. Just let me know.

What I can do is make a Nier giveaway that only you can enter that has the same game steam key.

Private and group GAs need a min 5 to prevent exactly that however. I'd ask a mod. its worth a shot.

I can't. That wont fix anything. Nor can I enter as I already synced and steamgifts sees I own it. You should remove that before it ends. You don't want someone seeing that and entering.

Funnily this is not the first time I made this mistake thankfully I had another Nier game for the other GA. So every should get the game that they are promised.

I submitted a ticket to change this GA to Nier. If it works I will have the Hollow Knight GA where only you can enter so you can get the Hollow Knight steam game too.

Seeing that it has been a week and the mods still didn't respond to my support ticket, they must be unable to do anything. So you should just activate Hollow Knight.

Wow. A week already. OK. I've activated and marked as received. Hopefully the mods see your ticket at some point and you get credit for both. As both are now visible in my library.
Thanks again. Sorry it was not quickly resolved. I'm guessing that no one has actually looked at it yet. I would think that if they cant do anything they would mark it and make a comment about it in your ticket.
I've done reroll tickets and there was always a comment from the mod in the ticket itself. (mostly just "done" but once with actual advice to request a delete after about several rerolls in a row on the same item.)
