Hi. I just won the giveaway, but it does not let me add the DLC to my account, telling me to first install the base product. I install it and it keeps telling me the same. Looking at the official website, it says that you need the Pro version to use this type of modules, so I guess that I cannot use the key.

Can you reroll and find another winner? I guess another user would enjoy this better than me

the giveaway still shows up as awaiting for aproval on my side.
If i click on received: bad because i cant use it and it goes against the rules to accept a key that does not get redeemed in my profile
if i click on not received: false, because you sent me the key, and you deserve your points

one way could be to delete the giveaway, stating that the key doesnt work on the free version of the product (this DLC steam page links to the free version, and that is the error) so that you can create another one

the only requirement to delete an already ended giveaway is by asking the winner of the key, so this post is my acceptance of deleting the giveaway

any other ideas? i want you to keep having your positive feedback here, while im not getting in trouble for not using a won key
