I have activated the xcom :EU key on my account, however, it was a complete mistake, not knowing that it coudln't be converted into a gift.I have shared the issue with Steam and they replied with the following:
"Please tell us your friend's account name, as we are unable to release the key again but we can activate this subscription on your friend's account after deactivating it on yours."
Note that, if you win the game, I will notify steam to transfer the game to your account. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PLAY THE GAME YOURSELF.
