Because this is a contributor-giveaway. It's possible that some people are only able to enter due to giving away individual bundle-keys, or keys that are considered exploited. Shadowgrounds is a recent example of such games.

Or they created fake accounts and gifted to themselves. Therefore it would be smart to have read the FAQ before entering, because I could (and would) just ask for a reroll and the user might get banned by the mods. Something nobody here wants.

Maybe someone even gives away the gift he won. That for example happened to me and well...could have been avoided by reading and accepting the FAQ. Had to write a ticket and still waiting for an answer. Not the best outcome.
