If it's anything like Dustforce DX or Dandara: Trials of Fear, the + version is just an update to the original, effectively replacing it. So, even if the + isn't displayed on activation, it should still give the + version. Further proof is if you put the store page's link into the Wayback Machine, the + is gone: http://web.archive.org/web/20170506203311/https://store.steampowered.com/app/250110/Assault_Android_Cactus/
