I live in Russia and activated the key. My friend from North America was also able to activate. I gave 10 keys and the only complaint is from you. This is strange. Show me a screenshot after activation.

If you bought the keys from a russian store, they gave randomly mixed region-restricted and nom-restricted keys (bought 5 myself, 2 worked, 3 gave a "Fail/RestrictedCountry" error).
