The thing is, when i bought this from steam it was as a bundle, so from my knowledge, you can't activate one without the other. :/ unfortunately, i highly doubt it's possible to separate the two from one other.
But if somehow, someway, it's possible, submit an entry, and if not, then gift a friend the joy of this game :) Who am i to stop you!

Because all games won here have to be activated to the winners account.
If you can't activate or don't want the game just don't enter the GA. Simple as that.

Stop acting like a smartass, i read the faq, and since you claim to have such a vast knowledge from the way you are presenting yourself, you would have read that very next sentence that says.
"In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner."

You can request a new winner, I never said you can't. But gotta have a good reason for that or it won't be granted.
All I'm saying is that the winner can NOT give away the game he won (which is what you suggested!). It needs to be activated on his account, that's all.
