Hi there, I won your giveaway but the key you gave has already been used. When I tried to redeem it on Steam, it said that the key is a duplicate product code.

Do you have another key for this giveaway? If you don't, it's better to ask support to delete this giveaway since it's against to make giveaways without giving the proper game to the winner. You could get suspended by support.

Oh? That's unusual, these Sega keys were all from Amazon. Give me a day or so to give the other winners time to give feedback on their wins, one person has reported the key as working, but I'm still waiting on feedback for 3. If other people are having similar issues, I'll get in contact with Amazon.
