Nothing against pro-peace Russians (or any other nationals/citizens, for that matter), Russian culture is interesting (when we're mildly drunk, there are also Russian songs among the stuff we sing around a campfire), but damn, your boss and his power circle sucks. (I was born in a country that was at that time occupied by Soviet army, so that's not a new sentiment limited to your current boss. You really should work on that...)
