To use this starter kit you need to do this:
Download and install Causa, Voices of the Dusk on Steam for free from https://store.steampowered.com/app/1034040/Causa_Voices_of_the_Dusk/
Launch the game, create or log in to your account in the game.
Redeem your code in the Market section of the game.
"All giveaways must be for Steam redeemable gifts or Steam redeemable keys." aka no ingame codes allowed.

This appears to be a DLC: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1517420/Causa_Voices_of_the_Dusk__Starter_Kit/
This would mean that the key would be redeemable through the usual manner and NOT in the in-game market, which means the giveaway text is wrong.
Of course, if this is not the Steam DLC key, then this giveaway is against steamgift guidelines (above) and should be deleted.

If this is for an in game code that's being given away on Steelseries it can't be used for a giveaway here on SG.

That's fine if it's not from the Steelseries giveaway. You are stating in your giveaway description that it's a code that needs to be activated in the game, that's not allowed and the giveaway needs to be deleted.
