Thanks!
I wanted this for the nostalgia of having actually participated to one of the events depicted.

Wow, which one was it if I'm not too nosy asking this?
This must have been a very harsh experience , judging on how the security forces reacted to most of these events :(
Anyway, congratulations for your win!

It was Egypt. 2011. Tahrir Square. There were intense moments. Scary moments. People actually died.

Indeed, this was an historic moment, we all heard about it one way or the other.
I can't imagine how intense it had been. I lived a few hot proests where I live, but this has nothing to do with what happened on Tahrir Square.
But at least you succeeded in making Mubarak leave, and not many protests lead to ths result.

Mubarak left, indeed, and it was a great moment. However, developments from that moment on left the society at a more fragile situation, and under a militarized authoritarianism that is even worse.

I feell you here. I don't want to appear negative here. But I often feel that the world is so corrupted that even a good thing can lead to a bad one :-/

At this particular moment, with what's going on in the world, what you're saying is just being realistic.
