The link Leo* provided for receiving my Steam key sends me to a Humble Bundle page that says:
"Already Redeemed. This gift has already been redeemed. Please use our Order Resender, if you are looking for the key."
When I use the re-sender, a list of all my Humble Bundle purchases is emailed to me. "No Time to Explain" is not on that list.

In the future, it's helpful if you post about the issue in the giveaway comments so the giveaway creator can have a chance to send you another key, etc. The giveaway may be contacting HumbleBundle about the issue to reset the link, or ask for your assistance in whether you agree to delete the giveaway, so keep an eye out for any communication.
