This is region restricted.
There are two types of F:NW. There is a ROW and there is a RU version and cannot redeem one of the other. Normal cannot redeem in RU, HU, CZ, UA, PL and RO for sure, and some other countries.

Érdekes amit írsz. Én a CDKeys oldaláról vettem --> Region: Worldwide (tehát mindenhol működik) kódot, de a steam mégse hozza be az adatlapját, és mégis be tudtam aktiválni (mivel worldwide, és mindig ilyeneket veszek, nem EU kódot, pedig magyar vagyok) az Ultimate Edition-t. Igaz 2018.10.31-én vettem. Az európai steam-es verzió mögött meg van egy PCR megnevezés. Annyi a hiba, hogy nem látszik nekem a steam-es adatlapján ha be vagyok lépve, hogy megvan. Viszont a könyvtárban ott van a játék, és az összes kiegészítő. A többit meg letojom, hogy mi látszik. Szóval ebbe beléptem volna, ha ez a PCR-s európai lett volna, mert ha megnyerem, akkor legalább meglenne mind a 2 verzió a fiókon.

én is anno úgy vettem, de a steam pár éve átrakta ru verzióba (nem olyan rég átnevezték pcr-re) aki oda tartozott, azért nem lájuk magyarban ezt a verziót csak a pcr-t. De ha nálad müködött ez a verzió, akkor nagyszerű

Most direkt feltelepítettem, és működik. Gondolom nálad is? Persze mivel Worldwide így nem is tartottam attól, hogy ne menne. Azért jó az infó amit kiírtál, de kíváncsi lennék, hogy így átírva PCR-re ezek után be tudná-e aktiválni valaki, aki európában megnyeri. Attól függetlenül, hogy Worldwide kód. Szerintem igen, mivel sok kulcs van még digitális oldalakon, ami régi, de azok se régió korlátosak.

valószínű hogy müködne. Steam kérésre von vissza kódot és nem ilyenek miatt. De az is ritka. A legtöbb játékom kulcsos oldalakról van és a megvett pár száz kulcsból még egyet nem vontak vissza. Szerintem nincs mód rá kulcs régióját tudja módosítani menet közben. Nálam anno úgy volt, hogy rendes F:NW volt és egyszer csak megjelent steamen belül hogy az mostmár RU változat. Jó nagy felháborodások is voltak miatta. De végül is a játék ugyan az, csak nem éred el a nyugati játékosok kontentjét steamen belül.

The base games are ten, while the GotY titles have been twenty for a while. This happens to be a giveaway for the GotY package.
Devs thankfully haven't been able to mess with their pre-sale prices for a while. A lot of shady devs would alter their games' prices right before a sale, to make more money off of an alleged 80% off.

I'm in México, It seems like they actually raised the price even with the regional pricing. Maybe It's a new tax for digital goods. Lots of nice offers never come back. Life goes on :P
