I mistakenly listed this earlier as "Season Pass 2020". This is in fact a key for the "Ultimate Pass".
Per the Steam page:
The NASCAR Heat 5 - Ultimate Pass supplies you with all of our DLC packs from 2020 (July, August, September, October, Jimmie Johnson Pack, Playoff Pack, and December Pack) that feature new paint schemes, challenges, and more!
You might also want to doublecheck the winner. I already own this but I could still enter if I wanted to.
