Hey, I have finally sent you the key for Dark Arcana: The Carnival and would ask you if you can please activate it and mark it as received. I am very sorry about the delay but what basically happened is that the original winner accidentally got rerolled by support and I was basically told to wait (and not send the key to you) and they will sort it out and give me the original winner back which they haven't done in 3 weeks... Since the original winner had won the game again they have given me the all clear to give you the key now.
Once again, I am very sorry about this but there was nothing I could have done as it was support who screwed me over.
