If the key for this DLC activates both main game and DLC, could I set the main game when creating giveaway with this key?

That's how other Influent GAs have been created last night. Setting the GA to the main game and mentioning it's bundled with the japanese DLC on the comment.
One final caveat: now the game has no contributor value, while the DLC still has reduced value. So if you care for a bit more CV in SG, maybe it's justified to set the GA to the DLC... But I'd consult more knowledgeable people, the moderators ofc.

If you don't have another key, please go ahead and delete this GA.
