I don't know, I've seen ppl with lvl 10 status calling out people, and if they got to lvl 10 and are doing that, I really don't know what are the limitations of GA creators...
it would be really annoying to have given away more games than these other people, and then get banned while they continue on winning games and not caring how about how much of a mooch they look like.
i agree that the ratios of some ppl are really bad (a few of them have won my previous ga's). but I don't reroll but blacklist them. it's totally ok if one has won more than given away but I see more and more ppl who won hundreds of games and gave nothing or only a very few games.

Same, I don't bother rerolling, I'm not even certain if that is a reason to reroll a winner. I just blacklist them for any future giveaways.
