If it's Battleplan: American Civil War you can't give away free games no, that's against the rules ,and you can't pick something else that's look similar. If it's that you must delete this before it ends.
Unless what you are really giving away, is Ironclads: American Civil War then everything is fine though.
Also if you see reply under someones comment, then you can directly reply to someone.
