This version is not the same as having the game + season pass. They really made a mess with this game's DLCs.

I bought the game from Humble as this version and it activated as this:

"SR4 National Treasure Edition (ROW+NA)"

I have all of the DLCs and just not showing that I own this version on Steam. So strange.
