That's strange, if it says duplicate does it mean you already own the game or you own a game that is not related to the key?

No, I have not had the game in my library, but it gives me this error. Probably it was used by someone.

If it would be used it would say "This steam key is already used" that's why i don't have any clue.

I wish I had an idea about it. "The Product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account" says Steam.
