As they said, if you want people to play having it at lvl 0 and public is not the way to go. So joining playing appreciated is the best way to go since even with high lvls or invite/groups doesn't insure they will be played

Yeah its for the best. I've done a bunch and apart from 3 people everyone played their games, even one of the people who got kicked actually did enough to be approved and 1 actually did start but never finished.
FYI, there is a group that forces people to play all wins from that group, you might choose to post your giveaways to that group only
