It could be any color lol, didn't even realize the heart is blue as it's red when I look at it due to my dark theme.

I don't get it. Why are you wondering specifically about the heart and not the smiley or the gifs? It doesn't make any sense.
The significance of a heart as everyone knows is love, and that's what it's depicting in my "appreciation" posts.
