Thank you but after using the link HB never sent the key in (gave them plenty of time), can't use their support without transaction ID and other information it seems, not sure if it shows as redeemed now or completely gone.

Well they may still respond but if they're not helpful you could try to have giveaways cancelled to not have them sit on anyone's account.
