Well, that was unexpected.
You are somewhere inside the ZIGGURAT OF DISAPPOINTMENT™, but this does not appear to be one of the attractions. It seems keeping this much disappointment in motion requires a lot of work behind the scenes. Perhaps you were mistaken for a new hire?
A legion of unhappy-looking people are working here, typing and clicking and waiting for death. You attempt to speak to someone but they pretend not to notice you, clearly hoping you will go away and bother someone else instead. In one of the cubes you can just make out a voice muttering "God I hate this..."
There must be an exit somewhere, if you can find it. More cubes can be seen WEST.
Through the door SOUTH is the stairway leading all the way back down to the entrance.
I feel silly that it took me this long to figure out the answer to the puzzle, I kept thinking the answer should be "a ticket" or "admittance" and various other things you could ask for from a ticket clerk....

Somehow only about 25% of the people attempting that itstoohard thing have solved it... :( Guess it wasn't quite obvious enough... Oh well... :)

I tried it too and then just decided to make picture in Point. After adding signatures to points and arrows I realised the truth about true word. ^^

I'd love to say yes, I can verify Riddick works, as-is, without downloading any random files from the internet, but unfortunately I can't. :(
I have a screenshot from 2015 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=420018550 so yes, it did work... But the last time I tried to run the game, nothing happened. :(
Apparently if you bought the game @ GOG you can just copy a file from that install and you're good, but if you bought the game @ GOG you probably wouldn't be trying to win this... :( If I can find a solution I'll update the description, but for now it's not looking good... :(

Finally made it through. This might be quite hard for people for whom English is not the native language.
Like many people above I was trying many variations about ticket, admission or disappointment and only when I read your post that we should focus on the missing part I started looking for something common to the parking lot's zones.

Yeah, I had this problem too. It's not at all called the same in my language, so the clue combined made me go back to the post and realise that one of the link were somewhat helpful. I still tried a few different versions before getting the right one.
