Uhhhh... toast maybe... she was always hopping from diet fad to diet fad and that usually meant that whatever she made was a part of that fad,,, oh how I dreaded the raw beet diet days... literally woke up one morning and was given a plate of shredded uncooked beets to eat. Thus began the era of beets...
