I think i found the answer to the "explore a nearly destroyed town" puzzle. It led me to another sgtools.info (3c40d...) gateway, but the rules are secret and i've been denied entry. Is that possible? Or am I in the wrong spot? The only reason I ask is that your post didn't mention extra requirements for the second puzzle, and I didn't have a problem getting into your first (really-long!) train.
