I am sorry about the keycode not working. It is a Fanactical key and they almost always work. :(
I am sure I placed the correct key because I copied and pasted it directly from the Fanatical website. If you typed the key code be sure that you used the capital letter "I" (after H and before J) in the code. There are two of them in the keycode.
Let me know if that was the problem!

I didn't type the key, just tried to to redeem it through steamgifts, but just in case I copy-pasted it after reading your comment, and it still didn't work. (Also there is no J in the key, and no i/I after H?). Maybe you can contact Fanatical? Or if not, you can delete the ga (it's ok by me) or I can mark it not received. Whichever suits you best, just let me know!

Hi! I only mentioned the H and the J to be sure you understood which letter I was saying to use... because on my computer it could have been a 1 (one) and i (uppercase) or an el (l - lowercase). So the idea was that it is the letter "in the middle"... H-I-J.
