Here is a Fable III DLC pack I somehow managed to gift to myself thinking the dlc would work with my fable III copy on GFWL. It's useless to me so I thought I'd put it up on here, enjoy!
Strange. I'm pretty sure you just need to use cd-key you receive from Steam in your GfWL account, and then you have it unlocked and can download through MS-platform. But, I'm guessing that if you can't see what that key is, you can't type it into GfWL...

Yeah it just sits in my gifts and doesn't let me add to my library because I dont own Fable III in steam.
