hey buddy, I have a little trouble with your gift, I redeemed key (which was valid) but it was for the game Sonic CD, not Sonic 3 & Knuckles. In this situation even though I got a game, it was not mentioned game and I cannot mark as received.

yes, but the key was for "Sonic CD" game (http://store.steampowered.com/app/200940/Sonic_CD/) not for Sonic 3 & Knuckles (http://store.steampowered.com/app/71162/Sonic_3___Knuckles/) and after activating I noticed it was Sonic CD. Even though I got the game it is not appropriate game for this giveaway and after one week I can mark as not received (I do not want to do it). You may now replace key for Sonic 3 & Knuckles key or create ticket to support to delete this giveaway or change game to Sonic CD (I agree to this).
edit: btw, if you knew you want to give away Sonic CD you shouldn't create this giveaway under the name of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, because it is against guidelines:
"Giveaways should accurately reflect the game being given away. If the game is not available in the giveaway list, please contact support to have the game added, instead of posting the giveaway under an incorrect name." (Guidelines, Giveaways - creating)

hey, once again me! I suggest you to create ticket (support->create ticket) for changing game giveaway (category: "Change game giveaway" and replace Sonic 3 & Knuckles with Sonic CD). I agree to this replacement :) I just do not want to mark your gift as not received. Support will see my comments here and replacement should not be a problem then ^^

Unfortunately, Giveaway was misleaded, key was not for Sonic 3 and Knuckles, but for Sonic CD. Creator didn't provide me proper key or didn't create ticket for support to delete/change giveaway game, however I agreed to this. I am now forced to mark gift as 'Not Received'.
