I had to gogle search Yooka-Laylee. It looks cute, but platformers are not exactly my cup of tea.
This game however is on my wishlist, so thank you for sharing.

Just googled it and I was pleasantly surprised :) So this is what the Rare team has been up to.

I never played Banjo-Kazooie and I always preferred 2D platformers over 3D ones, but Donkey Kong Country remains one of my favourite games ever, so I'm tentatively interested in Yooka-Laylee. The promotional stills instantly evoked a strong feeling of nostalgia, there's something about them that's very similar to the 3D CGI promo pictures of DKC I remember seeing in game magazines before the game was released (yeah, yeah, I'm old.) Probably the vibrant green.

Can't say I know what Yooka-Laylee is, but thanks for making the GA!

Of course I'm excited for it. It's a game being made by some of the people that worked on Banjo-Kazooie, my favorite game of all time.

I didn't know Yooka-Laylee and just know by name Banjo-Kazooie, because I don't play platformers.
