usually, guys on my whitelist are both the ones from whom I won something or/and the ones with whom I interacted somehow, here on SG or on discord, active users who think that sharing is caring, high level users, creators of community events like trains, Christmas calendars or jigidis... I do not have any strict rules on this matter
