I think grateful people aren't bothered by the disclaimer, and ungrateful people are warned so they know what will be the result of their actions. If my disclaimer annoyed you I'm sorry, but I prefer clarifying the reason why I BL people since I think everyone agrees that being blacklisted without an (explicit) reason is pretty weird.
