I've been having issues with sgtools lately too. I go on a giveaway from there and it shows me as logged off so I click on the sign in button which redirects me to Steam, but it shows me as logged out of there too, even though I'm logged in if I enter on the steam website on a separate tab. What I think I've done that kind of works is that I just go to the homepage of sgtools and refresh a bit until it just sends me to the steam sign in (but this time I'm not logged out there) and once I'm logged in from the home page of sgtools I just go back to the giveaway (on sgtools) and I can join fine.
Glad to hear it's not just me. I've tried both chrome and firefox, and also in incognito mode. Nothing seems to work, but from the comments i read, it's obviously working for some people. So what gives? Is there maybe some script i'm supposed to run when using sgtools?

you have to login with your steam account then click on check requirements. if you are eligible you get the link.

I try to login, and it seems to go just fine, but the same page loads up and prompts me to login. I'll try it in Firefox and see if anything changes.
