I don't think OP had any intention of adding this game to his library at all regardless from where he got copies from, until people started calling him out on it, blacklisting and reporting him.

Except that he's admitting that he was in violation of another site's rules, as well. (i ve got 3 copies of this game. one from here and two from other giveaways.) He's regifting, just regifting from another site like this. I'm not reporting him, since I don't know that that's specifically against the rules here, but I am blacklisting him still for the principle of it.

What if he won it on a site which holds raffle every now and then? Like for example Salenauts? They make raffles with Rafflecopter every once in a while. I don't count that as re-gifting. Because such sites don't have any rules about it, once you get the game you can do what you please with it. Once you win it becomes your property. I don't know if that's the case here but I'm reserved towards such situations. Not this site - doesn't bother me.

Hmm. While I don't like the chap (given that he did call people like us 'a**holes' down below), I looked over the FAQ for the site he got these games at, and it does appear that he's not breaking their rules from it, as they are a lot more chill over there. (And cynical, given that you can pay real money to get better chances of winning games. -_-; )
