I'm sorry about that. I'm from Brazil. I knew there was region lock, but I thought it was like steam and I could put South America, but in your link I can see it's totally different. You could use VPN to activate it if you want. If you don't I'll need to cancel this giveaway because it will happen again with another winner. I'm really sorry for that =(.
