Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, besitzt du das Spiel bereits in der DX12-Version und hättest es gerne ein zweites Mal in der DX11-Version? Wenn das so ist, würde ich es bevorzugen, wenn du an diesem Giveaway nicht teilnimmst und den Menschen die Chance lässt, die es noch gar nicht haben.

So ist es nun auch, denn ich habe mich nun doch für den Kauf entschieden. Wir werden nun sehen, ob es ein gänzlich anderes, d.h. spielbares, Spiel ist.

Das war keine schlechte Entscheidung. Die DX12 Version hat meine GTX 770 gerade so auf Mittel geschafft, und dabei musste ich einige Einstellungen nach unten korrigieren. Hier jetzt: Einstellung "Ultra" und dabei Minimum 35 fps, was mir für dieses Spiel als ausreichend erscheint ...

As far as I'm concerned there isn't any rule breaking.
Besides, the author did say "I would be very glad for your allowance", so he isn't demanding anything, he would just be very appreciated if it would be case, but the winner has always the option to mark "Not Received" instead
So I would say good to go (:

In special cases such as when the winner received and activated the won game but didn't changed the feedback or chose the incorrect option or when the creator can't get an answer or a reply to deliver the game when contacting the winner
But I believe not in this case if the winner doesn't agree to delete the GA, the creator must:
1 - Deliver a good non-used key (in this case because of the context)
2 - Or accepting the "Non-Received" feedback

But yes, it is allowed because I'm asking for it, I am not demanding. If the winner is not okay with it, I have to deliver a working key or live with the "Not received". These are the odds.
