Hello, Maggot666PL. There's probably a reason why you couldn't create a giveaway for Planetary Annihilation. If what skunlte says is correct, and PA was free, it was removed from the list to avoid people clogging the system with giveaways in an attempt to gain CV from it.
This is a misleading giveaway as you're pledging to gift the winner the **Digital Deluxe Commander Bundle". If you don't gift the winner the correct version he will have to mark the game as "not received".
Its not the Digital Deluxe version mate, you'd better delete the giveaway because it breaks the rules and especially sharing it at higher levels is way less tolerated. Its also 3-5 days banning from Steamgifts, simply not worth it.
I think that it was the normal version in the hib 15 and the normal version was free
