I saw someone on here recommend the LootboySG group to give away games you are worried might not have working keys (since their rule is for all members to agree to deletion if something goes wrong). However I'm not sure if the keys have to be from Lootboy or you can make giveways from anywhere, so I would check with that group.

Whitelist is the heart icon in the users SteamGifts profile. When you create a giveaway you have 3 options. Give away to pubic, a specific steam group, or your personal whitelisted people.

Thanks. It's from the game Remember Me. I don't own it yet, just liked the background from the market. Theres a website you paste the link and it cuts it out for steam profile, I don't have much better skills than that. :D
